I can now clean my bathroom with ease because the finish is very good. I will say they did more than we expected, but at the quoted price. S. M. Home Improvements is a building company I would recommend.

They did exactly what they agreed to do and more but the quoted price did not change ! and the work is excellent. Good builder.

A good price, friendly, very good at what they do, would recommend them. Our new UPVC Double Glazed patio door and Kitchen window were finished and installed well good.

We had four quotes for a new Kitchen. We are so glad we used S. M. Home Improvements. They have done an outstanding job for a very reasonable price. I recommend to use them if you are getting your kitchen done.

S. M. Home Improvements have fitted a new bathroom and kitchen in my flat and I am very pleased with the results. The finishing is to a very high standard and I have always felt achieving this was their main priority throughout the work. They have been both reliable and flexible during the job. I would highly recommended their services.

Wall removed between kitchen and dinning room and inserted R.S.J. Move boiler to adjacent wall and sort out electrics as needed i.e. light switches / power points etc. S. M. Home Improvements are prompt starters, telephoned daily with update of progress, are very helpful and friendly and accommodate changes required. i.e. gas pipe had to be moved due to units being put back in a different place than initially agreed. They dealt efficiently with the S.C.C. building inspectors. The quality of work was completed to a high standard and therefore we would recommend S. M. Home Improvements to anyone.
(Their humour and wit should be captured in a bottle and sold in supermarkets under the label “old codger” !!!)

Stack Pipe Replacement.

S. M. Improvements came to replace our stack pipe and bathroom waste pipes. We chose S. M Improvements after their reasonable quote.. We were impressed by their professionalism and they were friendly. The finished work was much better than we expected. We found them on yahoo search engine as local builder in Southampton and went to their website and were impressed with the presentation. Their work certainly matches the standard of the web site. We will recommend S. M. Home Improvements. to all of our friends and will get them back if we need a builder again.

After searching for bathrooms in Southampton on Google maps I found S.M. Home Improvements. I gave them a call to get a quote and they came round the next day. Although I had a cheaper quote, the other builders told me some of the work could not be done but S.M. Home Improvements told me they could do all of the work I asked for and that was why their quote was not as cheap. The work they did has been carried out to a high standard because of this I have got them to give me a quote for my kitchen. I shall be using them for that job to. Thank You S.M. Home Improvements.

They fitted a Velux window to our loft extension. It does not leak and the finish is very neat.

If you require a good job and have a budget to work to, then I would recommend S. M. Home Improvements for your building work.

Our bathroom was updated by S. M. Home Improvements. They were clean, good at their job and a very reasonable price. I would recommend this builder.
