I instructed this builder to demolish and build a property in Knaresborough. We employed a reputable local architect to draw up plans and agreed a budget.

The house had special features due to nature of the build. On completion we discovered substantial problems with the safety and building.

The majority of the sub contractors were ok but we experienced major problems with certain aspects of the work which cost over £35000 to correct.

I would advice any people using this builder to be very careful if thinking of employing him or his services.
